Lake Highland Prep is one the oldest Prep Schools in Orlando. Their Campus has very traditional architecture, Smooth Red Clay Brick is dominant. The school president lives on the edge of the campus. The home is both his personal residence and a meeting place for faculty, students and alumni. A Flashed Red Smooth Brick was used as connection to the campus and to relax and warm up the project. There was a great deal of detail put into the house and the grounds. The project has 18 corbeled Jack Arches, 5 full Arches, Herringbone brick panels, and two Rumsford Fireplaces. The back yard has two terraces/out-buildings for entertaining.
