ELAN 16FORTY is a 261 unit rental community in Ft. Lauderdale centrally located between the sand and the city.  They offer a variety o floor plans from one bedroom units with 686 square feet to three bedroom units with 1599 square feet.  Some of the amenities are a Fitness Center, Exclusive Sky Lounge, E Lounge and Coffee Bar, Pool and Club House with outdoor cooking kitchen and 6000 square foot fitness center. The project was built in just 8 months ahead of schedule.
