Disney Springs Building B07
The precast columns on this project were all custom made following sketches and photos from Disney’s Imagineers and the architect. One of the main highlights are the artistic capitals which have oranges and orange blossoms as part of the shape. These capitals started from a hand sketch form Disney which our precast manufacturer had to hire an artist and manually make clay models in order to recreate what was drawn. After the clay model was approved by Disney then a fiberglass mold was made in order to cast the precast. |
